TP.Technical limited supports  clients with experienced consultant engineers in APQP  , New product introduction, Launch readiness and Supplier Quality Development and assistance.

In the product launch phases, TPTech works with our client, the OE engineering department and the assembly plant to complete the run-at-rates, run Production Trial Runs and initiate early production containment procedures, thereby ensuring the results are in line with OE customer requirements.

Production Quality Support
After launch TPTech Quality support team specialises in solving problems not just for its clients, but also for automakers, with immediate on-site service.

Component manufacturers are very welcome to form a contract with TP Technical limited so we can provide them with a local representative to regularly visit their customers automakers or higher tier manufacturers - to verify their products are working to the customers' satisfaction.

TPTech’s engineers work with our clients during the design and development of new programs we assist our clients to verify the designs are in accordance with OE customer requirements and TS16949.
